Over sell, under deliver
My experience was extremely disappointing and aligns with other negative reviews I’ve seen. Communication was poor, limited to exhausting back-and-forth emails with no direct calls or meaningful engagement. For a service of this level and cost, I expected professional guidance, insight, and a collaborative process ,none of which were delivered. The business plan provided was generic, lacked depth, and did not reflect the standards advertised. The content and financials just a copy and paste from my original plan ,with little to no real value added. It is not acceptable to charge a substantial fee for work that is clearly below par. The entire process felt like an over-promise and under-deliver situation.
