Very bad service and why double payment

I have never come across an *********** company like this one. Money was deducted from my salary on the 15th since March, and today they decide to debit my account. I have to pay my mom's hospital bill today before she is discharged and now this happens. I did not have enough money in my account and now I am on minus because the bank also charged me. This is just a big mess. I dont even know what to say, to say I am angry is an understatement. I called and spoke to Busisiwe, Duduzile and Sphiwe but I dont even know if I can say they helped or not, because telling me about a system error that you are not sure how long it will take to be reversed is just nothing. I cant believe this is happening, I thought I am dealing with a professional company, but hayi ke. I dont know what to tell my mom.
