Unprofessionalism

The University of KwaZulu-Natal has outsourced the issuing of laptop vouchers to students on financial aid through eduloan. Eduloan is meant to issue out voucher cards which the students use to purchase the laptops online. Getting these vouchers from them ending up being a nightmare as the eduloan officer in charge simply did not pitch on the dates she was meant to be at the university. I had to call 5 different branches as I could not reach anyone at the PMB branch. I eventually managed to get the voucher for my sister. After the online ordering system failed. The university decided that eduloan officers would come to the university and students would collect their laptops there. On the day when they arrived many students did not receive their laptops because they had not received the vouchers. These students were told to return to the venue on the 29th of march to collect their laptops. The eduloan officers did not pitch again and I am yet to get a hold of anyone on the phone as it is no longer going through ***). I am very shocked by their level pf unprofessionalism since they are a trusted service provider in the country.
