Unprofessional service From Fundi not responding to emails and not returning calls and does not update what is happening with the application

What a bad service from Fundi, I app**** on the 22nd of January its the 10th today, I have heard nothing from them, I have left numerous messages for the and even requested Manager to call to no avail, everytime I call Im told I was called back once that is their excuse, I have submitted all the documents they required, but are not coming back to me, right now I do not know what is happening with my application, my contact person is always not available, does not respond to emails and does not return calls yet he tells he called me only once, but how many times I have called him and left messages but does not return to me how many emails I have sent him but does not respond

This is is very unprofessional and very bad service
