Unhappy & disappointed

I app**** for Fundi loan & I received a confirmation of approval & was informed that payment to the institution will be paid after 7 days.I called them yesterday to check if payment has been processed only to be told that the course I app**** funding for does not meet Fundi accreditation requirements so they won't be able to pay for it.The loan has been already loaded on my persal & the 1st deduction will go off at the end of February.I asked the agent to unload the debit on my persal & send me the cancellation letter but I've been told the matter will be escalated to the department responsible for that.Im furious because this is making things difficult for me I can't even ask for assistance from other institutions because my salary slip shows this Fundi loan & I have to pay registration & fees ASAP..Why was my application approved before checking if it meets all the requirements?Why was I not informed that I won't be getting the funding when it was found that requirements are not met? Why was the debt loaded in my persal for the money that I did not receive or qualified for? I find this to be so unprofessional & *****ulent.
