Unfairly treated

Once again edu loan has made the situation even more worse, after I complained about unaunthorised debit orders twice already ,on hello peter. Now my name is listed as a bad payer on ITC , and when I called experian today to find out why.I was informed that EDU LOAN listed my name as a bad payer and it reflects as if I skipped paymnets. Not a single month I skept my installments edu loan first deducted my installments late only aftr I complained they rectified the installment dates, after that they deducted money that was not suppose to be deducted due to their on incompetencies. I need my name to be cleared and a letter sent to ITC to clarify that this was not my fault, otherwise I will have to have to take this matter to the Ombutsman now. I will go to the Cape Town branch tommorow ,and I better be sorted out!!!! This is beyond disgusting services I have no better words to explain the disgusting service I got from Edu loan.
