Unfair listing

I had an account with Edu-loan and in 2011 March I became unemployed and was unable to make the payments that I was supposed to make so I made an arrangement to pay what I could as a relative was assisting with the payments, 5 months ago in 2015 my relative couldn't help anymore and I explained to them that I can no longer make payments due to the fact that I'm unemployed and now I'm listed unfairly and interest is being added on my *** ago my account was 1800 and now it's 2500 because of interest charges. I'm being called almost three times a week and I'm feeling very harassed by them. This is very unfair as I never denied paying them money or denied having the account. This unfair listing is affecting my job search and I would gladly appreciate the matter to be resolved as soon as possible.
