Too much interest

After losing my job due to covid, i couldn't make payments anymore, so they charged me every month for not being able to pay. My loan went from R30 000 to R38 000 in just a few months. Other credit providers where able to give me a break affer i told them about my employment situation. I wish i just went to FNB instead
