Student loan had been settled in full yet I am still listed on the bureau

Student loan had been settled in full yet I am still listed on the bureau as a defaulter, I have made contact on several occasions to get the matter resolved however my name is still listed, I even have a paid up letter from Fundi/Eduloan, I have made contact with both credit controller and team leader yet they still have not attempted to get my name clear! The service is pathetic and supposed team leaders/managers have no way of speaking to clients
