REFUSAL TO REFUND

I had a certain amount of money returned to Fundi by Wits during first week of March 2024. I informed Fundi (I called daily) to ensure they refunded me but to no avail. There was no acknowledgement whatsoever even after a proof of payment was sent via email by Wits. Today I called about six times and I was told to wait even though I've already waited. Maybe this is a ploy to frustrate me into abandoning the refund. I have sent everything and I have the emails from Wits.
