Refusal to Cancel Loan

I cancelled a loan i took with Eduloan and they acknowledged receipt of my cancellation but they still debited my account. worse part they took it from my payslip and i cant cancel it from my side. when i called the call center, a lady by the name of Vanessa told me that they cant help me. i cancelled the loan within 7 days for crying out loud! The matter is being handled by my lawyers but am truly disappointed by Eduloan!<br> <br> My advice rather take loans from credible banks than Eduloan.<br>
