Refund

There's an issue with Fundi regarding my student loan repayment. Despite paying off one of my Fundi student loans, they continued to deduct payments from my account for an additional month. I've taken the initiative to contact Fundi through emails and phone calls to request a refund, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response from them. When I reached out to Fundi's call centre, they assured me that they forwarded my query to their finance department, yet I am still left waiting without any resolution.
