POOR SERVICE!!! THEY ARE *****ING MY MONEY

I took a fundi loan to pay for my post graduate studies at University. When I deregistered the course the University refunded Fundi for the money. I did email proof of payment back to Fundi but they never got back to me. I contacted their consulted and also shared the proof of payment and my account has not been updated. This is frustrating because I still owe them whereas the money was deposited back to them. This is FRUAD!!!!
