Hi There, I am in a process of settling my account that was handed over to Vericred. I made two payments to Fundi +-2 or 3 months after the loan was handed over I have communicated this with Vericred and they state that Fundi says the amount have been accounted for on the handed over balance when they haven't. Collections advised that I must contact Fundi my self. I have sent through emails to your support email address but i have received any feedback
