Payment not made

I have app**** for a loan in Jan 2022 it was approved on the 20th of the same month, But till today 08/06/2022 they have not paid the funds to ICB exams have passed I wanted to write in May

I have called so many times no one can tell me what is the hold up but I'm now paying back money with interest that I dd not use.

What do i do now

Thank you for responding ,the payment was made in July and I was able to write in Nov & Dec 22
