Pathetic Fundi formerly known as Eduloan

My name is Mpho and i am a Unisa Student and i took a loan with Fundi which was paid up last year, i have send numerous emails requesting that i get a paid letter from Fundi , and update it on the credit bureau exactly a year later it is still not done
