No honouring of agreement and bad service on last

My documents were forwarded to Sales and was told to expect their call on Wednesday, 28/10/15 or early Thursday latest. I called again on Thursday, escalated again to Sales.<br> <br> I called on Friday again. The lady referred to her supervisor because Sales should have called me by then and said that the supervisor had escalated it and Wanda from sales should call me in no later than 10 mins. An hour later there was still no call from them and I asked my daughter to follow up , because my airtime had finished calling them!! - on top of the risk that my daughter may not be allowed to sit for her exams because of Eduloan's negligent delay. The lady my daughter spoke to instead of looking at the sequence of events on the reference call - decided to call me and pull tricks and reverted the matter to a Monday when it clearly was supposed to be dealt with by then. Her attitude was appalling and she had no interest in resolving the issue , which was all the delay! <br> <br> Daughter will not be allowed to sit for her exam if the loan does not come through.
