No feed regarding payment thats not showing.

On the 21st of May i made a payment to Edu-loan reason was coz i know my debit order would not run due to my banking details that have change but yet my account is now showing in arrears as Edu-loan insist no payment was received i called them a few times to confirm if payment was receive as no one once got back to me.<br> <br> I called them again yesterday payment is still not reflecting which i send proof of payments 4 times already, i don't think its fair for me to send all my personal details to them all the time.<br> <br> Petunia gave me a call yesterday saying she will send me a form which they require for lost payments she never send it as i'm still waiting ...I need someone to sort this out asap because i cant keep on sending the same proof of payment over and over again...What are they doing there work or play.....
