no customer service at all

I app**** for a study-loan on last week. a day later i sent through documents as requested, then i get an sms 2 days later requesting docs which were sent. i duly comp**** and then thought i should call and confirm, thats where the pathetic call centre come in. <br> <br> After 20 minutes on the phone, i am still not sure if they actually received the said documents or not. I STILL DO NOT KNOW WHY THEY HAVE AN ONLINE SYSTEM IF IT DOES NOT SERVE THE CLIENT!!<br> <br> <br>
