Kindly find review from Noma, in 2024 the month of April I app**** for Laptop and cell phone at Fundi Loans last year in October month 2024, they send the phone but it was not the same with the one that I ordered to them and I called their office they refused to take it, the phone is still in my possession, and they started to debit from my persap without receiving the items that I ordered from them, and I reported the matter to their office and they refused to take it in their office instead they gave me the number and email to call, indeed I emailed to Mr Naidoo who refused to take full responsibility, last month they called to deliver the laptop and I told them that I don't trust their resources anymore but they keep on taking my money from my Persal or something that is not o my position . I'm herby applying or requesting your assistance in this matter. It's not good to pay for something that is not utilized can you imagine not even a single day of your life or used by my kids either. Your assistance will be highly appreciated.
