<p>i app**** for a loan in Sep 2016 and received a discount from the institution as the full amount would have been paid the end of Sep 2016. The consultant Sarika Govender in KZN still paid the full amount to the institution, without deducting the discount. Since September i have been sending emails and calling them to reverse the discounted amount and adjust the instalment accordingly. However they only received the refund in Feb 2017. Furthermore they expect me to pay interest on the full amount. This is really pathetic service and abuse of customers. It took them 6 months to correct a mistake that should never have been made, had they paid the correct amount. </p>
