Incompetence by fundi employees

I have never seen a company with such *********** employees. They are getting paid to literally do nothing. They never respond to emails and never pick up any calls. Fundi please run an audit on all your employees they know nothing about service delivery how is it that you send an email and it doesn't get a response for close to a month. Your employees are not working gundi fix the problem or fire everyone and hire competent people and I’m not gonna stop until the problem is rectified.
