In arrears but edu-loan owes me money?

i have cancelled my book loan on Feb 25th and months after I have cancelled the money gets deducted. After 2 months of continues phocecalls they have refunded me a few days after the 1st of April. I received a sms on the 10th of April that NOW I OWE EDULOAN???? How is this possible, I there any employees working for this place, or are all incapable of doing their jobs. Will this disaster ever END! After the money has been paid into my acc NOT one phonecall or message was sent to appologise? So now I am in arrears with Edu-loan this is becoming a sick JOKE
