******* deductions and submissions from Fundi (Eduloan)
I had a few accounts with Fundi (Eduloan) and initially (Because they were getting paid monthly) , their service was great. I had a direct debit order from my employer at the time. In April 2022, I informed Fundi that I am resigning from my employer and that they please send me settlement quotations on all my accounts, which they did. I then paid and settled ALL my accounts. They then sent me paid up letters to reflect such, which I submitted to my credit bureau. Subsequently one account was always showing "in arrears", I then questioned this and Fundi told me that they submitted their debit orders to my employer, and that money was paid into my account, in error. I then paid back the money and thought that this account was settled. I then received numerous threatening sms's from Fundi, saying I owe them money. Then the supervisor, Dalene Engelbrecht told me that they submitted debit orders requests, after the fact. I then asked where in my contract does it state that Fundi has the right to request for debits, after I have settled all my accounts. They have yet to respond too me...I have contacted them via email on numerous times but nothing! Now, because of their incompetency, my credit score is affected. Please stay away from Fundi This was my last eamil I sent Dear Dalene I beleive you are back from leave. This is a follow up on my request I sent to Tumi. For your reference; I commuicated with Meladi Morufane (cc) in April of this year already regarding my settlement quotes, and subsequent payment thereof. Whether she communicated my intentions with the relevant stakeholders, I cannot answer, but maybe you can follow up with her, as I believe this entire situation could have been avoided, if communication was sent, timesouley. With that being said, once again. The issue is that a debit order request was sent AFTER I paid up ALL my accounts, and AFTER I received my paid up letters. So again, refer me to that section in the agreement/contract that states FUNDI, are allowed to do this, after settlements have been paid. In essence, why was another debit order loaded knowing that my account was settled? Refer me there please Secondly, I will email the correspondence I had with Meladi, in a separate email. This has been dragging for far too long now. What I am asking is a simple request. If you can provide me with such, I will pay the fee associated, if not, then it becomes a "prima facie" case of misconduct. So in essence this is my first request, and secondly the email address of your direct superior, (as to submit to legal resource center) I await your speedy response herein
