******* Debit -Order

I have taken out a loan in December 2015 and from inception this account has been a nightmare for me. Firstly they deducted from an account that I did not authorize them to deduct from which had put my credit rating at risk in the event there were no funds available on that account. This continued for 2 months even though I queried it the moment it happened. Then I decided to repay the full amount on the 2nd of March 2016, and also requested they they issue me with a paid up letter on the 10 March to my suprise they made a further debit order equal to a monthly instalment a month after I had paid the full amount. This has been a nighmare account to date for me. I demanded that they refund my money by the end of the business day and they tell me it wil only be tommorrow which is not good enough. in fact they stole my money for a day, they should give it back to me with interes since I have paid them back with interest for the money i loaned form then yet they never had a right to my money in the first place
