Horrible service

<div>I app**** for funding the institution that I app**** at, their registration with PSETA expired on the 31 of March 2020 during lockdown, the following message from PSETA explains why a new letter hasnt been issued: Your accreditation status has been lifted to expire 31 March 2021 on the system and you should be able to work. Regarding the letter, we have printed out all the renewal letters in bulk and have submitted for the manager’s signature. The letters will be issued once the lockdown has been lifted. We understand this is an inconvenience on your side and request for your patience until then. Contact details have been provided too for clarity and yet still Fundi doesnt seem to assist as this email shows that the registration letter will be available soon after lockdown. Now I'm unable to study just because of a letter that will be issued after lockdown Fundi and their legal team are so stubborn or are unable to understand a clear message from PSETA with contact details provided for verifying the legitimacy of the email.&nbsp;</div>
