I contacted Fundi the day before yesterday out of desperation and guess what Pretty Moropene answered the phone with gratitude and a very friendly personality for that matter, I was down and out I was desperate that call was not just a phone call, Pretty made me feel at ease and @ home I just felt that its only fair to post positive reviews also and not always post when we were treated bad or when we are unhappy.

I have no words for Pretty's excellent service look here, she deserves a bonus/increase or something this December guys this lady is exactly what we need in call centers. Her willingness to help is out of this world call center agents like her should be rewarded and recognized.

I have never had any issues with fundi (previously named eduloan), your agents and service guys is tremendous please keep up the spirit and continue to help people achieve their dreams, my lil sister is going to write her exams this December all thanks to you people.
