Good And Affordable But Confusion With Deductions

I've been with a loyal customer for over five years, and they've been a good source of help for me and my son.

What's great about Fundi is that they don't cost too much. Their student loans helped me pay for my education and also my son's. They keep things affordable, making education easier for many of us.

But there's something strange going on with how they take money. They said they won't take money from salaries using the PERSAL system after 2021. Yet, they're still taking money that way for loans I got after that. This mixed-up way of doing things and unclear talking makes me wonder if they're doing what they said.

And then, out of nowhere, I got a message saying I owe money even though I thought everything was fine. I trusted Fundi to handle payments through the PERSAL system, but now I'm not so sure.

Even with these things happening, Don't worry Fundi I'm fixing the issue with a matter of urgency and the balance should be settled by September 2023. I hope things get better because the idea of helping people with affordable student loans is good, and I've been a loyal customer. But these strange issues with how they take money and talk to us have made me think twice.
