Fundi Study loan ****

I have settled all fundi accounts on the 5 Dec 2022 and therefore don't understand why it is reflected on my payslip as if I still have one account still open. I have been requesting settlement letter since than with no success and proof of payment was sent to them. I don't want to mention the ridiculous explanation I receive when I call the because they are continuing to take my money.
