Fundi refuses to send me loan statement and settlement balance

I app**** for a Fundi loan online and was assisted via the call Centre. Prior to getting the loan the agents were calling non stop with information. When I asked for a copy of the loan agreement and details of the loan, it was as though it disappeared through thin air. I have called the call center several times and each time I am assured that I will get a copy of the loan agreement as I would like to look at how much I owe and settlement. When I app**** for a loan with Eduloan was it quite forthcoming and sent monthly statements. I now no longer have access to these statements and find this strange that I do not have access to this information either.

Can I please have a copy of the loan statement. It is my right as a customer
