Fundi purposefully “lost” my very important documents.

In December I decided to apply for a student loan at Fundi (TUT Main campus) in Pretoria. A lady called Mathilda was assisting me at the time. I had to submit a couple of documents and 2 of them were missing (my letter of confirmation and my payslip as a PDF). So I shortly submitted them via e-mail. 1st of all I was given the wrong email address secondly when I get there today, she had “lost” all my documents. I’m so devastated, angry and disappointed at this point. I had to fill brand new forms and I need to forward all the documents the need again! Who can I speak to get to the bottom of this? Please someone help!
