Fundi Loan Troubles: A Frustrating Saga

In March 2024, I lodged a complaint about my Fundi loan experience. My primary grievance was that Fundi had deducted money from my salary without fulfilling their end of the bargain—paying my tuition fees. Instead of addressing this issue, Fundi deflected blame onto the consultant who had assured me of timely payments. However, my complaint centered on their breach of contract by collecting funds without fulfilling their obligations.

Their response—that “the deduction start date is not determined by when Fundi makes payment to UJ”—makes little sense. How can I pay for a service I haven’t received?

To exacerbate matters, my April 10, 2024 salary slip shows that FUNDI continues to deduct from a loan they supposedly canceled. I've also not received a refund from their first deduction and soon they will be a second. The lack of accountability has left me baffled and frustrated.
