Fundi loan that was supposed to be cancelled!

I took out an educational loan with Fundi but my studies were cancelled by the university. The university refunded the money to Fundi on the 20th of February and ever since Fundi's claiming that they cannot trace the payment that was made by the university even after I've sent them numerous emails of the payment receipt with the reference number and phoned and spoke to every consultant that is employed at Fundi. I've even sent them a signed Cancellation letter that they've requested. I am sure that I've spoken to every consultant that is employed at Fundi and always gets the same answer: ' We cannot trace the payment that was made by the university and your query is escalated to the finance department'. As a result, monthly payments are still being deducted from my persal for a loan account that's supposed to be paid up. I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with Fundi unless you want to overpay for products and services or suffer from Hypertension.
