Fundi loan services are bad to clients

I have app**** for a study loan so that I can be able to graduate, from 15th of March to date the cooling off disclaimer for immediate payment is still sitting in finance department without payment. Graduation is in 7 days and finance is refusing to make a payment.

Unfortunately if I will not graduate you will have to cancel the loan. I made it clear that I am applying so that I can graduate
