Fundi is a ****, they are not honest, and their service is disgusting. You sign up with them, you are in debt for life.

I took a loan with Fundi in October 2017. Paid it on time every second week of the month. Even have the paychecks to prove that indeed it was deducted on time. October 2018 the loan was supposed to be paid off but to my surprise I was still owing and I only saw this on my credit report that I get every month. When I call Fundi they never attended to my case until September 2019 when Kelebogile Tshepe sent me an email with a paid up letter and assured me that in 21 days this account will be updated with credit bureau. After a month when I checked my credit reports indeed it was updated but the next month it was back to normal. Today it’s 2 years since I logged a dispute with Fundi and credit bureau but nothing is resolved. Every time I check my report it tells me I owe Fundi and yet they are the ones that gave me a paid up letter. When I email Kelebogile to ask what’s happening she tells me they never received any money for them to allocate the funds but yet she’s the one who provided me with a paid up letter. How can a company give you a paid up letter if you’re still owing ? Their service is bad and disappointing. No matter how desperate one can be for a student loan NEVER USE FUNDI YOU WILL BE IN DEBT FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!!!! This has affect my finances negatively I can’t do anything because of this.
