Fundi did not phone to enquire my situation before listing me negatively on the credit bureau

I was not contacted by Fundi to inform me that i had missed a payment due to the debit order being returned. I would have informed them that I had been retrenched earlier in 2020 and would have arranged to pay extra each month but instead Fundi had listed me on the credit bureau. I took a loan to complete my degree but now they end up listing me without even contacting me to explain my situation. Because of Fundi I cannot buy a tablet for my daughter for school. You are truly a disappointment
