Fundi cost me a job opportunity

I got a loan on the 5th of June because i wanted to study teaching in China. 5th They requested my academic transcripts on the 22nd of May. I haven't been able to get assistance from the Fundi representatives. Its been 2 weeks since the payment was issued yet my student account is still blocked. Im frustrated because i am at very high risk of losing this employment opportunity. If i had been advised correctly, i was never going to apply for a loan with fundi. I would have just taken a loan with the bank and settled my fees. I asked the Nokukhanya and she told me there was a waiting period of 5 days, its now been two weeks. Thanks for costing me a job
