Fundi coming up with stories

On the 29th October 2024, I app**** for a fundi loan and it was approved. On the 30th October 2024 (following day) I cancelled the loan. I sent a letter, and letter was received. To my suprise fundi has been deducting R1600 from my account and when I called they dont want to assist. They keep sending me from pillar to post. I spoke to Thembekile machaki, Ayanda Chitja and Nokuthula who came up with stories. 06 January 2025 I spoke to nokuthula again who **** and hangs up the phone on me, I have records. I called again same day and spoke to (refused to give me her details).. who said Tshekofatso is busy with supplier, which they failed to cancelled 2 month ago and that their finance department is still busy with the cancellation, 2 months later no cancellation, I need my refund, and the loan to be cancelled.
