Fundi ****

I am so disappointed and stuck now. I app**** for the registration fee, which was approved on 25 January 2024. I have been calling to inquire about this payment and have waited seven days, as requested by Fundi. Only to find out today that the payment was made on 2/02/2024. However, it is short by R429.20. The registration fee is R4 290.00, which Fundi approved, which is the amount Fundi is billing me for. I cannot register because there is an outstanding amount of R429.20; Fundi only paid R3 862.80 to the institution. I am still determining where I will get the outstanding amount now. Why is Fundi billing me for the whole amount when they have paid less?
