Frustration

I have lodged a complaint with eduloan a month later it still hasn't been resolved, I have app**** for a loan with eduloan and due to the fact that I can't afford it had to cancel prior receiving the actual payout.....I'm so frustrated because as a responsible consumer knowing that I won't be able to afford it cancelled it. I'm considering contacting oumbuds for intervention, in the pursuit of getting education why must one be relayed from pillar to post?
