frustrated client

I settled my account with edu-loan on the 13th of August 2015, but to date every month they keep deducting monies from my salary, every month I have to go through a very frustrating process to request a refund, and then they will tell me about their waiting periods. <br> <br> I am very disgusted my this service, and I doubt if I will ever make use of their facilities ever again :(
