***** & THEFT

This company has committed *****! I have not been paid my cash allowance. On my statement it said that the money was transferred to my bank account on the 12th of December at 12:00. On the 7th day of waiting (19 December) I called Fundi and they said that it is meant to take two days and should be in my account by the 20th. It has been 8 days now and i still have not received payment to my bank account. WHY ?? What is happening? WHO has my money? This is highly unfair. Why do you guys not communicate? why is service so bad? what is happening with my payment ? Where is my money ? Did someone decide to take it ??? I will be complaining to my bursary which has over 300 students with your company. WE DO NOT DESERVE THIS.
