Financial department is a mess

Fundi is just poor service

I have fully settled the account but they fail to refund and give paid up letter. This is the second time the finance department does this. Why is the person in charge still working there?

He or she clearly failed to better the service delivery there. It’s the worst department in the whole fundi company and is destroying the whole company. Even my colleagues are complaining about that department.
