Failure to update the Credit of paid up account

Over a year ago, i paid up the loan that i had with Edu-loan, which at the time they had handed over for debt collection, i was issued with a paid up late by Takalani Tshamano and forwarded to all the credit bureaus but they requsted that the email must come from eduloan. I have been communicating with Edu-loan with regards to this request but nothing has come out of the engagement, despite the promises made by them to remove this or update it as paid up.<br> <br> ***, UNI***
