Fundi did eventually through their complaints department. One thing I hate about them is getting people's hopes up for nothing. My loan application was accepted, but the system would not let the agent through due to my mom being on contract. She is on the Persal system earning a salary consistently. You should state that contract Persal government employees do not qualify. How is it possible that nothing can be done, yet some private sector employees have loans paid out to their children's institutions? Do better Fundi!!!
