Disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I am unable to get anyone to assist me with a statement so that I may see how much I still need to pay, I cant even get anyone to call me back or reply to my emails. I have spoken to a Sales Rep by the name of Anza who was very helpful however now that his sale is completed he is too busy to give any more service or at least refer me to the correct person/ people. The sales agents are unhelpful. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FUNDI TO ANYONE. I thought they were such a good institution but clearly they only care when they can make a sale from a Loan application and thats it. APPALLED by the service. RATING -0
