DEDUCTIONS ON SETTLED ACCOUNTS AND DEDUCTION OF LOAN THAT IS NOT PAYED

Fundi has approved my loan and never made a payment to the institution but they are deduction the funds. I have requested to know why and i was told that Fundi deduct funds before they make the payment. Again some of my accounts have been settled long ago but Fundi is now deducting funds even when the accounts are paid off. I have contacted their offices for so manier times trying to sort this out but it seem they are not willing to sort this out.
