Deduction after settlement

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the continued debit orders being processed from my bank account by Fundi, despite my study loan having been fully paid up more than two years ago.

This ongoing deduction of funds is unauthorised and constitutes a breach of trust, as well as a potential contravention of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the National Credit Act (NCA). I have honoured all my repayment obligations in full

I hereby demand the following:

1. An immediate cessation of all debit orders linked to my account;

2. A full refund of all amounts deducted after the loan was settled; and

3. Written confirmation that my account is closed and reflects settled

Payment was supposed to end within 24 months but the money is still being deducted and the balance shows a big amount of money whereas the loan was 33920 or more and 1400 was being deducted
