Debit order wrongly subtracted from my bank accoun

I had a study loan with Eduloan, after we received our bonusses, I decided to settle my loan with Eduloan, this happened on the 25th of January 2016. On the 4th of February they subtracted the normal payment from my bank account. I have phoned them numerous times, no one can tell me when I will receive my money back. I don't owe them anything and now that they owe me, I can't get my money back. One consultant told me that it will take 2 months before they refund my money, because it takes two months for their system to be updated.<br> <br> This is absolutely ********... no one ever gets back to one. I had to email and fax my bank statements showing the amount was subtracted as well as the proof of payment to them. No one acknowledge that they received the documents or ever phone you back regarding your issue.
