Debit Order not Deducted

At the end of May 2017 I noticed that my fundi loan debit order R1035.63 did not go off. On the 18th of May 2017, I contacted Fundi to inform them the debit order did not go off and asked what the problem is. The lady I spoke to informed me that everything was in order with my account and it is not in arrears after I insisted the debit order did not go off. At the end of June once again the debit order did not go off again. On the 5th of July 2017, I received a call from Nkandla from Fundi to inform me that my debit order did not go through, so I told the lady I know that I did call to ask them what the problem is and they said everything was in order. She then stated I stopped the debit order at my bank which I obviously did not do. So, she asked me to get a letter from the bank stating that I did not stop the debit order. Eventually I got the letter from the bank. So, Monday I phoned her again to ask her to where can I send the letter and her reply was she will SMS me her email address, I never received that SMS. Eventually I phoned fundi again and they said I should email the letter to ********** which I did obviously also no response. I called her again yesterday she them sent me a SMS with her email address on and confirmed she received the email and will call me back with feedback. I never received any feedback. So today I received a SMS from fundi again stating the following: Your Fundi acc is in arrears. Please make urgent payment to STD Bank/ ********** 38 Branch 006305 Ref:……….. Queries? Call ********** If payment was made please ignore. So I tried calling this number numerous times again today with no response.I tried everything with fundi and getting no response from your side and this was not my fault as the letter from my bank stated the debit order was not stopped from my side. I want an apology from fundi, I want a full and final settlement amount and I want the interest to be discounted seeing that none of this is my fault. If I don’t get a speedy response from Fundi I will take this matter to the FAIS Ombudsman.

Thank you
